Our team is made up of very dedicated Christians. We are and have been preparing for the future for quite sometime and are now looking to expand our group. Our goal is to acquire and build what is needed in order to survive indefinitely. We have advanced degrees in Education, Counseling, Theology, and Divinity. In addition to this, we have a licensed contractor, teacher, and have a family history of farming, building and managing communities, as well several other skills that would take too much time and space to list. 2012

Hollywood strikes again. Saw 2012 the movie last night. Entertaining flick. But if you saw Armmageddon a few years ago, you will just see the same theme. The world is ending and a man saves it is the constant. The Hollywood elite have simply found a new forum to sell their latest version of 'the sky is falling'. They should have named the movie, 'Chicken Little and Global Warming'. One thing they got away from was the tired theme that man has caused the global warming.

On a more important point they did point to the fact that few have plans for a disaster. They showed that those who have money can buy a plan if they need one, but what about the rest of us?

New City

A group of committed Christians is planning for a new City of Refuge. There are various ways for interested parties to be involved from planning to living in the city. City of Refuge offers help to churches, ministers and non profit organizations in the areas of training, disaster preparedness, crisis management, security, and a wide range of related areas.

The goal of this retreat is to provide a place for those who need to get away whether this is for a day, permanently, or for a prolonged period of time.


There is room for those looking to build homes, and for those who want to live in the city but don't want to live alone. This is a rural refuge and those who wish to be part should either have experience in living in a rural environment or being willing to learn.

City of Refuge

In the Old Testament, Moses was instructed to build cities for those displaced from society. Cities of Refuge Network is to link those who are like-minded and interested in survival, charity, preparedness, Christian values, conservative values, preservation, conservation, and related topics.
